Button is easily fed through normal button hole of shirt to expose camera lense which is in the center of the button. Connect the cables either to a body worn DVR or external transmitter to send the signal wirelessly. This is a favorite amongst private investigators and secret shoppers because of how natural it looks and how easily it is concealed.
