The button is easily fed through a normal button hole of a shirt to expose the camera lense, which is in the center of the button. Connect the cables either to a body worn DVR or external transmitter to send the signal wirelessly.

This is a favorite among private investigators and secret shoppers because of how natural it looks and how easily it is concealed.
