The 490 can easily fit inside a purse or backpack with its ultraslim dimensions of 4" x 2 1/2" 1/2". Record up to 3 hours on a 1Gb SD card (max) or use the 1Gb built-in memory. Unlike other units, this dvr also has a built-in camera and microphone on the backside. This allows you to use this DVR like a camera or a camcorder. It's also fully ready to connect to an external camera and microphone.
