Thank you very much for your order. Your transaction is now complete. You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail of your order within minutes via the e-mail address you provided us. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order, there may be a number of reasons. The email may have landed in a Spam folder or trash, your settings may have blocked it, it may have been automatically deleted, or you may have misspelled your email address.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products all shipments are sent out SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If you are unable to be there to sign for your package then we can ship it to the UPS Hub closet to your home OR work zip code. You may then go there and sign for your package. You must call or email us immediately to take advantage of this option. Packages to a hub are ready for pickup first thing in the morning Vs afternoon or evening when going to your home.

For many reasons we do not include packing lists or invoices with our shipments. If you require an invoice for your records, please e-mail or call us and request an invoice. Make sure to include the credit card holder's name, product, and date of purchase when emailing.

Your credit card has NOT been charged yet. We process each credit card manually. We must first verify the billing address, CVV code, and phone number is correct as to what your credit card company has on file for you. We do this for all US and some Canada customers only. This process is in place to minimize fraudulent transactions. We cannot accept credit cards from any other countries.

If you only put a shipping address which is different than the billing address, or you just put your cellphone and not the actual phone number of record, then your order may be delayed. We require this information to assist us in verifying the transaction is legitimate and not fraudulent. We do this for your protection as well as ours.

We do not send any literature, flyers, invoices or catalogs in your package, nor do we mail anything else at any time afterwards. We do not call or solicit over the phone at any time. If you require a tracking number or invoice then please e-mail us below. Make sure to include your name, date of order as well as the order number.

If you placed an order with a credit card from outside the US or Canada your order will not be processed. Please e-mail us for alternate payment methods.
